Description
A few days ago, a proposal was approved by the government to decrease the cost of creating a proposal to 100k LSP, which at the current price of LSP is almost $1k!
LSP currently has almost $1m TVL in Stellar AMM and allowing a show of power with a $1k in the ecosystem means suicide and will push Lumenswap away from the main path.
In addition to not helping the ecosystem grow, this also spams governance with worthless proposals that no one participates in.
I understand the concern of members who want to reduce the cost of creating a proposal, so I set this proposal to reduce the previous cost by half: 500k LSP.
