The Lumenswap community is dead. At present, no community participation is possible due to the unrealistic costs associated with creating a DAO proposal (roughly $20,000).
As a result, the platform is experiencing terminal inertia. There is little to no evidence of preparation for smart contracts in Q4/Q1, with essential upgrades, treasury decisions and product changes needed before that if Lumenswap is to survive and begin attracting new users.
Community participation is therefore essential.
This proposal suggests the following.
Either:
1. Lower the voting costs to 100,000 $LSP
2.Use Telegram community voting in conjunction with the foundation wallet providing the 2,000,000 $LSP as funding proxy
At no point should team funds be used to veto proposals or participate in actual voting. This is merely funding the cost of proposals by proxy.
If this proposal fails, then a motion should be put forward to disband the DAO.
