Promote Ben and George to Head of Partnerships

Lumenswap has been approached by several high-end projects that will exponentially increase liquidity and access to the platform.
To date, we are aware of:
- Multichain
- Wyre
both approaching Lumenswap for partnerships. To our knowledge, nothing has been done to reciprocate or pursue any conversations.

If this proposal passes, Ben and George (ambassador and advisor) should both immediately be promoted to the official position of 'Head of Partnerships' within Lumenswap, with a binding mandate to pursue and secure these partnerships as official representatives of the project.
We should make the most of their experience and ability, and forge an exciting path ahead of Lumenswap as the home of DeFi on Stellar and beyond.
